About Omnia Inclusive
At the heart of Omnia Inclusive lies a transformative mission: to change workplaces and lives, every day. As one of one of Australia’s leading disability employment and Youth NDIS specialists, we believe passionately in the power of diversity and inclusion. We extend this commitment by partnering with businesses striving to be more diverse and inclusive. As an organisation, and as individuals, it is what guides us every day.
Over the past 30 years we are proud to have partnered with a wonderful array of Australian businesses, large and small. We are dedicated to guiding people living with disability and diverse characteristics in their employment journeys. Every day, we partner with individuals, carers, employers, community groups and allied health providers to create personalised programs that touch every part of a candidate’s life – from increased independence and social skills, to finding and thriving in meaningful long-term employment.

A national imperative
Australia’s Disability Strategy 2021–2031 (ADS) was created following extensive community consultation in 2019. Quickly embraced by all governments in Australia, it calls on individuals, businesses and groups to ensure people with disability can participate as equal members of society.
One of the big objectives of the ADS is Employment and Financial Security. This aligns directly with our purpose at Omnia Inclusive and continues to underpin the NDIS programs, DES support and end-to-end pathways we offer our candidates every day.
ADS Priorities
- Increase employment of people with disability
- Improve the transition of young people with disability from education to employment
- Strengthen financial independence of people with disability
